1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging (if applicable)
Items that are returned with signs of use, damage, or without original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
The following types of items cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Discounted or final-sale items
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that have been washed, used, or damaged by the customer
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing time may vary.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item)
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Clear photos showing the issue
Packaging photos (if applicable)
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
